Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are partnered with a leading Swiss financial services organisation, specialising in payments and processing millions of transactions annually. We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to join a small, expert team of 4 managing critical on-premises and Azure-based security infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and optimise Thales Luna & Payshield 10k HSMs.
• Automate processes and ensure infrastructure meets demanding SLAs.
• Collaborate across IT, application teams, and external vendors.
• Support network infrastructure: firewalls, load balancing, and routing.
• Keep ahead of emerging HSM and security technologies and propose improvements.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with HSMs, encryption, key management, and security protocols.
• Practical knowledge of FortiGate, F5, Cisco; experience with Azure KeyVault a plus.
• Clear, collaborative communicator; fluent in English with German being a bonus
• Experience or willingness to work in regulated environments.
