Job Title: Product Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development of financial products across lending workflows and capital markets execution. The ideal candidate combines expertise in loan origination, lending lifecycle, and capital markets with the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Own end-to-end product lifecycle—ideation, design, rollout, and optimization.
• Lending Workflows: Improve loan origination, approvals, documentation, servicing, and covenant monitoring through workflow digitization and automation.
• Capital Markets Execution: Enhance deal setup, syndication, order management, allocation, and trade booking with seamless front-to-back integration.
• AI & Automation: Apply AI/ML, NLP, and analytics to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and strengthen risk controls.
• Collaboration: Partner with bankers, operations, and risk teams to define requirements, deliver roadmaps, and track business outcomes.
• Strategy & Optimization: Monitor market trends, benchmark workflows, and continuously optimize using KPIs (e.g., deal setup efficiency, approval turnaround, booking accuracy).

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of lending lifecycle, capital markets instruments, trading workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• AI Skills (Preferred): Exposure to ML, NLP, and AI-driven solutions in financial services.
• Technical & Analytical: Strong problem-solving with product development lifecycle knowledge.
• Communication: Clear communicator with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, CS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
