Job: Scrum Master(LEAN/KANBAN)

Location: Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite in a month)

Long term contract

Heavily focused on (LEAN/KANBAN)

• Voice modernization project - voice routing, part of their platform services that provides them the menu options is moving to an AI engine
• Change Management Processes of ITIL
• Scrum Master working across multiple spaces
• ITIL change and release management would be big
• Jira experience
• 5-7 year’s experience as a Scrum Master.
• Understanding and experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate degree preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
• Jira experience
• Three to five year’s experience as a Scrum Master.
• Understanding and experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Understanding and experience working with IT Service Management / ITIL and Release Management
