Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer | Laravel/Vue | Up to $110,000 + Super

We are working closely with a thriving Ed-Tech company in Australia.

They are building a powerful SaaS platform with a view to being a game changer within the industry.

They are looking to build out a brand new Dev Team, which gives this hire a great opportunity for growth and potentially equity!

We are looking for AU citizens only, with bonus points for Ed-Tech experience!

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Vue.js and Laravel
• Skilled in working with RESTful APIs and version control using Git
• Proficient in DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong backend debugging and performance optimization capabilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Effective communicator in remote, collaborative team environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance both front-end and back-end functionalities
• Collaborate with the existing vendor team to gain a deep understanding of the system architecture
• Convert business requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Maintain and improve system performance through bug fixes, updates, and optimizations
• Engage in code reviews and help establish and uphold coding best practices

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Vue.js (Single Page Applications)
• Backend: Laravel (PHP framework)
• Cloud: AWS (including ECS and containerization)
• Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary of $100,000 + Super.
