Senior Project Manager

Our client is a Tier One Financial Services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major transformation program. This position is based in the Sydney CBD, which offers two days a week in office allocation.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving the mobilisation phase across key strategic, customer experience, data, and delivery work streams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the smooth and timely execution of program activities.

To be successful in this role, the experience required is:

• Large enterprise experience (Financial Services experience is mandatory).
• 10 + Years as a Business focused, Senior Project Manager with experience working on Digital projects (Digital Transformation, Digital uplift).
• Proven experience in a Customer Experience (CX) focused role.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement experience.
• Strategic project experience, as well as Agile project experience (highly regarded).
