Job Description:

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration and upgrade projects, from initial planning and assessment through execution and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, managing communications, expectations, and ongoing relationships.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with migration and upgrade activities.
• Facilitate orchestration of resources, including scheduling, task assignments, and progress tracking.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present status reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies during all phases of migration and upgrade processes.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong technical background with significant hands-on experience in migration and upgrade projects within complex IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in orchestration and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably within multinational technology organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
