Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Product Manager & Head of Technology to lead the development and optimization of our mobile applications in the real estate sector. In this role, you will not only drive product strategy, user experience enhancements, and roadmap execution for multiple mobile platforms but also take the lead in overseeing the technology function across our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple mobile applications, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market trends
  • Lead the technology function across the group of companies, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and data analysts, to ensure seamless product development and execution
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, defining clear and actionable requirements for development teams
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and enhance user engagement
  • Oversee technology infrastructure, development best practices, and software architecture to ensure scalability and security
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and scalability of the mobile applications
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in mobile app development, real estate, and parking

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications
  • Proven experience in real estate, parking, mobility, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), customer journey mapping, and mobile app design principles
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation
  • Experience leading technology teams or overseeing technology strategy within a company or group of companies
  • Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed product decisions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
  • Technical knowledge of mobile development processes (iOS & Android) and software architecture is a plus
