Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco and HPe Aruba switches, firewalls, and wireless components.
• Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as SolarWinds
• Support and maintain the IP Telephony system.
• Implement and maintain network security measures in alignment with the compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communication Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering
• Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IEEE 802.11 standards).
• Strong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
• Knowledge of Video conferencing systems is a plus.
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification (is a plus).
