Scrum Master / Project Manager

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users; Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews
• Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives; Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release; Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release
• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management or equivalent with minimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience
• Experience in building digital products; Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources
• End to end experience working with product team to build products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus; Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
