Application / Agile Project Manager

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technically intensive ICT projects on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering system migration, platform upgrades, and cloud adoption workstreams, ensuring alignment with business and architectural objectives
• Define and monitor project KPIs, including migration milestones, regression benchmarks, and cloud cost metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, particularly those arising from version compatibility, integration dependencies, and cloud environment transitions
• Oversee multiple vendor relationships, including middleware vendors, cloud service providers, and external ICT service providers.
• Monitor and optimise operational performance through data-driven metrics; Manage daily IT operations, swiftly resolving application, infrastructure, and security issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer/Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent with proven track record managing at least 2 full-cycle ICT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with at least one involving a major platform migration or system upgrade
• Hands-on project management experience in Java application upgrades, including dependency management, regression testing coordination, and version compatibility assessment
• Experience managing middleware upgrade projects, with understanding of integration patterns, message brokering, API dependencies, and service continuity during transitions
• Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing cloud projects such as cloud governance compliance
• Strong background in enterprise Java (J2EE); Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT governance and security frameworks
