🤖 AI Engineer (Python) – Legal AI Startup

I’m hiring on behalf of a VC-backed legal AI company that’s redefining how law firms deliver legal services. Their platform combines RAG, graph reasoning, and AI agents to automate complex workflows and solve high-stakes problems at scale.

💻 The role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll work closely with the founders and senior engineers to design agentic workflows, scalable retrieval pipelines, and production-grade back-end services deployed on Azure. You’ll build with cutting-edge AI tools and see your code power real-world client solutions.

🔧 Tech you’ll use

• AI: LangChain, LangGraph, GraphRAG, Qdrant, Pinecone
• Backend: Python (production-grade), APIs, microservices
• Infra: Azure Functions, Storage, DevOps pipelines

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 1–2+ years of backend engineering in production environments
• Strong Python skills with testing + performance focus
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, agent orchestration
• Experience deploying services on Azure
• Bonus: legal tech, document intelligence, knowledge graphs
