Project Manager – Parenterals

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in parenteral manufacturing and pharmaceutical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead qualification and validation of parenteral equipment (e.g. fill-finish lines, autoclaves, lyophilizers, CIP/SIP systems).
• Manage aseptic process simulations (media fills, re-validations).
• Define scope, planning, budgets, and lead project teams.
• Oversee equipment specifications, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and construction works.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, including risk assessments and deviation management.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical engineering and GMP qualification.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and parenteral manufacturing equipment.
• Proven project management skills (FPX or similar methodology).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel (10–20%) for FATs.

Details:

• Location: Beerse, Belgium
• Duration: ASAP – December 2025
• Full-time (80–100% possible)
• Onsite presence required (with some flexibility to work from home)
