Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead our client’s creative initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in brand consulting, project management, and video editing. The Creative Project Manager will lead the video team, develop branding guidelines, and provide high-level direction on all creative projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.

Availability:

• This role is a full-time position (40 hours/week), with flexibility in scheduling.
• Core availability is required between 7 am and 4 pm CST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and professionalize brand elements across projects.
• Develop brand guides, create briefs, and interpret project requirements effectively.
• Manage and oversee video editors, ensuring alignment with brand and project goals.
• Create and implement systems to streamline creative direction processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, with a background in branding and project management.
• Strong ability to read and create briefs, consult on brand guidelines, and manage creative operations.
• Proficiency in video editing with familiarity in software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.

Language Requirement:

• Excellent command of English (C1 level), with the ability to oversee content accuracy and brand voice.

Preferred Skills:

• Confident and proactive, with a “figure it out” approach to problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the creative team effectively.
