EMEA Reporting and Data Analytics Manager (Supply Chain Automotive)
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analytics Manager to drive controlling, reporting, and digital transformation across our Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. In this role, you will make decision-making faster and more reliable by standardizing reporting structures, implementing digital tools, and supporting inventory and risk management models.
Your tasks.
Reporting & Controlling
- Set up and maintain standardized reporting processes across plants in Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, Germany, Morocco and Brazil.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of all reporting data.
- Deliver clear dashboards and reports for supply chain KPIs and results.
Data Analytics & Decision Support
- Build and implement models for risk management, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Provide fact-based insights that enable faster and smarter decisions.
- Translate complex datasets into practical recommendations for managers and plant teams.
Digital Tools & Systems
- Configure and optimize ERP/BI systems to support our digitalization roadmap.
- Drive automation of reporting and analytics, reducing manual work.
- Support the roll-out of new digital tools across plants and functions.
Benchmarking & Standardization
- Lead internal and external benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices.
- Ensure harmonized KPIs, digital interfaces, and reporting standards across the region.
- Monitor progress of digitalization and reporting adoption.
Inventory & Performance Management
- Focus on stock optimization for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- Support balance between service level, cash flow efficiency, and inventory cost.
- Collaborate with supply chain and plant leaders to improve results.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with SCM management, IT, and plant leadership teams.
- Coordinate with external software providers and benchmarking partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert in reporting and data-driven decision making.
Your profile.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, controlling, or reporting (manufacturing or supply chain preferred).
- Proven experience in wiring harness automotive sector in business intelligence, controlling or reporting
- Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and ERP systems.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to work across functions and cultures.
- Language: Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken). Knowledge of Polish, German, Serbian or French is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the EU is required
- Other: readiness to travel min. 40% of time
