Machine Learning Engineer

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help design and scale a modern ML platform within a centralised engineering team. You’ll play a key role in enabling data science teams to take models from research into production at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Architecting and operating ML platforms for large-scale AI systems
• Building and maintaining reliable CI/CD pipelines for ML
• Implementing model monitoring, observability, and drift detection
• Orchestrating ML workflows with modern pipeline tools
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver end-to-end ML solutions

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or MLOps roles
• Strong experience deploying ML systems in production
• Skilled with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
• Hands-on with model tracking and deployment tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Familiar with workflow tools such as Airflow or similar
• Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
