Project Manager

Tasks:

• Coordinating SteCo meetings,

• Overseeing RFP/RFQ processes,

• Selecting and managing an implementation partner and ensuring successful data migration from the legacy system.

• Interfacing with multiple stakeholders across HR, Legal, HSE, Security, Integration Services, and others.

Requirements 'must have':

•Proven experience in LMS implementation projects

•Strong project governance and stakeholder management

•Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection

•Experience in data migration and change management

•Excellent communication and coordination skills

Requirements 'nice to have'

• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards

• Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Moodle

• Understanding of compliance and training requirements in industrial environments
