The Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team (SLT), helping to shape priorities, drive alignment, and ensure smooth execution across the business. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication — giving you visibility into every function and the ability to directly influence how the company operates at scale.

You’ll lead and refine key operational projects such as strategic planning, executive meetings, performance tracking, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll act as a force multiplier for leadership: unblocking execution, connecting dots across departments, and ensuring teams stay focused on what matters most; delivery & impact.

Success in this role requires excellent judgment, structured thinking, and strong follow-through. You should be comfortable managing high-impact projects, handling sensitive information, and stepping into a wide range of responsibilities — from board preparation to driving internal change. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to make things happen.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the CEO and SLT on company-wide priorities, initiatives, and decision-making
  • Design and lead operating cadences: leadership meetings, OKRs, offsites, board reporting
  • Drive strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Manage cross-functional projects (e.g. performance reviews, GTM initiatives, org changes)
  • Prepare internal and external materials: board decks, investor updates, leadership briefs
  • Own performance metrics visibility and executive reporting
  • Act as a thought partner to functional leads; translate strategic goals into action plans
  • Step into operational gaps and accelerate execution
  • Handle confidential information and represent the leadership voice with professionalism



What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or consulting role — ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, with experience supporting or partnering with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data to prioritize, plan, and guide decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparation of board-level materials
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams without formal authority
  • Proven judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage sensitive topics discreetly
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to ambiguity and problem-solving



Bonus Points

  • Worked directly with founders or C-level executives
  • Familiar with OKRs, operating models, or agile business planning
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
  • Previous experience in consulting, VC-backed startups, or investment roles
