Required Skills & Experience

• Agile Coaching experience.
• Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both.
• Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within, or administrating an organizations Atlassian Tools Suite environment.
• Product Management experience. Time working on Product Team within an organization.
• Capital Markets experience preferred
• Strong presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills - take “on the ground” training learnings and turn them into documented best practices.
• Strong Jira & Confluence Skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
