Team Lead Flutter Mobile Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead Flutter Mobile Developer to oversee the development of a cutting-edge mobile application designed for multiple territories.

You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the technical development process to ensure the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multilingual Flutter mobile application for the UK/IT/PL/DE markets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and prioritize features
• Oversee integration with Adyen payment provider and Vista cinema enterprise systems
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Flutter application architecture and state management approaches
• Manage and mentor the Flutter development team to enhance skills and productivity
• Coordinate project timelines to meet milestones and deliverables
• Review code and maintain quality standards across the development process
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and delivery phases
• Work cross-functionally with business teams, designers, and back-end developers to align goals
• Participate in publishing and updating applications in AppStore and PlayMarket

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter/Dart proficiency
• Knowledge of iOS and Android SDK frameworks
• Background in Flutter application architecture and state management approaches
• Familiarity with multilingual application development and territory-specific requirements
• Capability to integrate third-party systems, specifically Adyen payment provider and Vista cinema enterprise
• Competency in creating applications from scratch based on existing models

Nice to have

• Expertise in Android SDK and Flutter app architecture beyond the required minimum
• Experience in publishing applications successfully in both AppStore and PlayMarket
