Growth hacker

Role Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven, experiment-oriented Growth Hacker who can rapidly test and scale new growth opportunities for Idea Usher. You will launch fast experiments across channels, discard what doesn’t work, and double down on strategies that drive measurable impact. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, hustle, and adaptability.

You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, marketing, sales, and product teams to identify scalable levers for user acquisition, partnerships, revenue growth, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Experimentation: Design and run growth experiments across digital channels, vendor platforms, emerging networks, and partnerships.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels; identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Partnerships & Vendors: Test new vendors, platforms, and distribution channels to find scalable acquisition sources.
New Market Entry: Identify and validate high-potential markets, communities, and ecosystems where Idea Usher can establish presence.
Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to create high-impact campaigns (SEO, paid, email, social, influencer).
Data & Analytics: Use metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS) to drive decisions, discard failing strategies, and scale winners.
Product-Led Growth: Work with product team to implement viral loops, referral incentives, and engagement tactics directly into solutions.
Automation: Leverage tools and scripts to automate outreach, data collection, and campaign optimization.
Community Growth: Build and nurture communities around Idea Usher’s solutions in tech, AI, blockchain, and SaaS ecosystems.
Stay Ahead: Continuously scout emerging platforms (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, niche startup forums, B2B marketplaces) for growth potential.

Requirements

2–5 years of proven growth hacking, digital marketing, or startup scaling experience.
Strong grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Looker, etc.).
Hands-on with growth tools (Zapier, Webflow, Phantombuster, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Comfortable running lean, quick experiments with tight feedback loops.
Experience testing multiple vendors, networks, or acquisition channels.
Ability to combine creative marketing with data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with SaaS, AI, blockchain, or app ecosystems (preferred).
Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to pitch new growth ideas to leadership.
A startup mindset – scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid of failing fast and learning faster.
