What do we hope for from you?

• A recent master’s degree or ongoing master studies
• Strong drive to deliver results and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Fluency in English (Finnish is a plus but not required for all roles)
• Previous relevant work experience is a bonus, but motivation and eagerness to learn matter most

Please note that, to be considered for our Trainee positions, you must currently have the legal right to work in Finland, including holding a valid residence permit if required.
