Kawaii Partners is a growing iGaming operator currently managing tier-1 focused casino brand, with a strong focus on delivering engaging, innovative, and responsible online gaming experiences. We are now looking for our first Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution — laying the foundation for a world-class product organization within Kawaii Partners. This is a rare opportunity to build product management foundations from scratch and have a direct, lasting impact on the company’s trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between internal teams (marketing, CRM, BI, design, operations) and our external platform provider.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and aligning with business strategy.
- Stay ahead of new platform updates, industry trends, and player engagement features to bring innovation into the product.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to track KPIs (revenue, retention, engagement, funnels).
- Run A/B tests and experiments, interpret results, and roll out data-backed improvements.
- Collaborate with design and UX/UI teams to enhance player journeys and front-end experiences.
- Translate ideas into clear tasks for front-end developers and platform provider teams, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate and optimize bonus systems, promotions, and retention mechanics across markets.
- Drive localization of the product (languages, currencies, content, market-specific features).
- Test the product after releases, validating new features, integrations, and design updates to ensure smooth functionality and high quality.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for features and improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in iGaming operations.
- Strong expertise in iGaming platforms, bonus systems, player behavior, and engagement mechanics.
- Proven experience with data-driven decision making, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Experience with localization projects (multi-language, multi-currency, market-specific customization).
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI and front-end product optimization.
- Hands-on experience with product testing and release validation.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, writing user stories, and managing tasks for developers.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
