Your Role and Impact

• Leadership & Collaboration: Manage a dedicated team of cybersecurity professionals, promoting collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure security protocols are integrated seamlessly.
• Incident Management: Design and oversee incident response mechanisms, ensuring swift, effective resolution while minimizing disruption.
• Compliance & Governance: Lead initiatives to ensure full compliance with international standards and regulations, and manage audits to uphold a trusted security posture.
• Risk & Vulnerability Management: Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, reducing potential security breaches through proactive measures.
• Architectural Oversight: Direct the development of a secure IT infrastructure, advising on technological updates and modernization to support evolving business needs.

What You Bring

• Technical and Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams, with a deep understanding of frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, or similar standards.
• Certifications & Expertise: Credentials such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly valued, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
