Coggno is an all-in-one online training platform with a marketplace of over 7,500 courses and a Learning Management System (LMS) that helps organizations stay compliant, upskill their teams, and grow. We’re scaling fast and are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to take our brand identity to the next level.

This is our first dedicated brand design hire, so you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences Coggno across digital, social, and product touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

Lead Brand Strategy: Own and evolve the overall Coggno brand identity across all channels.

Website Design: Maintain and expand the visual design of our website using tools like Figma.

Marketing Collateral: Design and produce compelling marketing assets including images, graphics, motion graphics, and video.

Video & Motion Design: Create short-form and long-form video content to support campaigns, ads, and product storytelling.

AI-Enhanced Creative: Use generative AI tools to create visuals, videos, and sound that elevate our marketing and product experience.

Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure our brand feels cohesive across digital, social, and customer-facing materials.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design

A strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel brand design work.

Experience with visual design systems across digital, social, and physical brand touchpoints.

Proficiency in Figma and other design/editing tools.

Experience using generative AI tools (image, video, sound) to accelerate and scale creative output.

Someone who thrives in a startup environment, comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Nice to Have motion design, web design, and video production/editing.
