What’s the role?

Join our Brand & Marketing office within the Advanced Analytics Team as a Data Analyst, you will leverage data and cutting-edge analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations to enhance Westpac’s Banking performance, customer insights and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data pipelines by sourcing data across Chief Brand & Marketing Office (CBMO) and Consumer, Business Banking (CBB) to support analytics and marketing projects.
• Develop analytical data assets for self-service insights within the Brand & Marketing team.
• Analyse internal and external data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights to senior CBMO stakeholders.
• Ensure risk compliance by following team controls and WBG risk mitigation policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business needs.
  
  

What do I need?

• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Teradata, Excel, and Adobe Analytics.
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to present insights using PowerPoint.
• Able to clearly convey complex data findings to diverse audiences.
• Experienced in collaborating across teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
