We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to provide administrative and HR support for a leading financial services company. This role focuses on facilitating key stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and HR system management. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with precision and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new hires prior to their start date to confirm details and arrange necessary appointments.
- Organize and deliver weekly orientation sessions, ensuring a positive and informative start for new team members.
- Scan and process new hire documentation for regional hires.
- Manage compliance reporting, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain HR systems, including processing new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and manager updates.
- Coordinate updates for new managers, locations, cost centers, and other critical data.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a similar HR or administrative role, ideally with experience in onboarding and HR systems management.
- Background in financial services is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Taleo or similar systems).
- Familiarity with compliance processes and reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
