We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to provide administrative and HR support for a leading financial services company. This role focuses on facilitating key stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and HR system management. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with precision and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new hires prior to their start date to confirm details and arrange necessary appointments.
  • ​​​​​​​Organize and deliver weekly orientation sessions, ensuring a positive and informative start for new team members.
  • Scan and process new hire documentation for regional hires.
  • Manage compliance reporting, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain HR systems, including processing new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and manager updates.
  • Coordinate updates for new managers, locations, cost centers, and other critical data.
  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the HR team, ensuring smooth daily operations.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a similar HR or administrative role, ideally with experience in onboarding and HR systems management.
  • Background in financial services is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Taleo or similar systems).
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and reporting requirements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ​​​​​​​Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
