Product Manager

With 20+ robust solutions on the Atlassian Marketplace and a team of seasoned experts, we help enterprises unlock the full potential of their Atlassian tools.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive growth for two of our products, Handy Macros for Confluence and Smart Attachments for Jira.

You’ll drive product features end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and measurement, collaborate closely with developers, marketing, support specialists, and engage with customers to ensure the product solves real user problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, conduct market research, customer development and validate ideas with clients
• Generate and prioritize product hypotheses
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable user stories
• Create mockups and align solutions with the team
• Plan releases and manage the full product launch lifecycle
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation
• Work with metrics to evaluate the impact of product changes on user engagement, retention, and conversion
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and support team to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Liaise with Atlassian: follow ecosystem updates, advocate for our apps, and align on changes

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager
• Strong experience with customer development (CustDev) and hypothesis validation
• Track record of independently driving features end-to-end, from idea to release and measuring success
• Understanding of product analytics: key metrics, unit economics, conversion
• Experience writing clear requirements and task specifications for new features or improvements
• Confident communication skills — both written and verbal — with customers and cross-functional teams
• Collaborative Mindset: Open to team perspectives, confident in sharing ideas, always look at the big picture, and take ownership of your work
• Excellent English, professional Russian language skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace or Atlassian products
• Background in B2B SaaS products and go-to-market activities for new features or products
