KYC Analyst

We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, motivated, friendly and driven colleague to fill the position of KYC Analyst.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Experience in detecting and preventing fraud/ML/TF (preferred).
• Critical thinking, research, and fact-gathering skills.
• Multitasking, accuracy, and stress management.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CDD/EDD investigations for new and existing customers.
• Gather and analyze customer information, including IDs and financial statements.
• Screen customers against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Identify and report suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent CDD/EDD standards.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates and best practices.
• Contribute to improving CDD/EDD processes.
• Keep accurate records of CDD/EDD activities.
