Front-End Developer (Junior/Mid)

We are looking for a Junior/Mid-level Front-End Developer to join our team at Baltic Amadeus where you can work from our Vilnius or Kaunas offices, with the option to work remotely as well.

As a Front-End Developer, you will work on the public sector projects, focusing on creating user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces that meet our customers' needs. You’ll work closely with a dedicated project team of experienced Project Managers, Developers, Technical Leads, and QA specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration from project initiation to completion.

What You Will Do

  • Write efficient code for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participating in the development of large-scale systems.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for design implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to build new features and infrastructure which solves business problems.

What We Expect From You

  • Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript​: you’re comfortable building frontend applications and have a strong grasp of the fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Vue.js would be a huge advantage. If not, we will be glad to help you learn!
  • Experience with Docker: you know how to write Docker files, pull the latest images, and refresh containers smoothly.
  • Git expertise: you can troubleshoot and get out of tricky situations with Git, ensuring a smooth workflow for the team.
  • Strong communication skills: you can clearly express technical challenges and propose solutions, making collaboration easier across teams.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language.
