Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct user and stakeholder research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Turn research insights into strategic recommendations for products and business decisions.
• Define and maintain experience guidelines covering interaction, tone of voice, and component behavior.
• Design navigation flows, wireframes, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create responsive and accessible digital interfaces (WCAG 2.1) that meet usability and legal standards.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
• Define, track, and report on experience KPIs, integrating results into the product roadmap.
• Support creation of personas, user journeys, empathy maps, and service blueprints.
• Contribute to the development of modular, scalable, and accessible Design Systems.
• Implement best practices in DesignOps and foster a user-centered design culture.
• Mentor team members in design methods and tools.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions for internal teams, stakeholders, and users.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication Design, UX/UI, Multimedia, or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, shadowing, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing).
• Experience with Qualtrics, analytics tools, and Salesforce.
• Expertise in behavioral data analysis (Hotjar, VWO, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of UX KPIs (NPS, CSAT, CES, task success rate, time on task, drop-off rate).
• Familiarity with the 5 phases of Design Thinking in practice.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, and Miro.
• Experience in UX/UI prototyping and iterative user testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• High autonomy, proactivity, team spirit, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and actively listen.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
