Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management of Budgeting Projects implementations and enhancements.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage execution. Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates. Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Ensure change management and training plans are effectively executed.

Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR, Finance, and IT functions.

Must Have Skills:

5+ years of Project Management experience.

Proven track record of delivering Budgeting or Finance implementations.

Strong project planning, tracking, and documentation skills using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience in Workday integrations, security, or reporting. Exposure to data conversion and testing strategies.

Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
