We are extending our HR & Legal department and are looking for professionals in the field of human resources recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• publication of vacancies, acceptance of applications and organization of job interviews;

• preparation of offers and draft contracts for potential candidates;

• preparation and arrangement of HR matters in the employment procedure, changes and terminations of the employment relationship (employment contracts, agreements, registration/deregistration of insurance);

• organization of medical examinations and trainings in occupational health and safety;

• obtaining work permits and residence permits for foreigners and arranging documentation for their employment;

• coordination with Slovenian external institutions (employment office, administrative unit, ZPIZ, ZZZS).

Your main task will be to publish vacancies, accept applications, organize and participate in interviews with potential candidates with other Heads of departments, and attract, find and evaluate candidates to meet the organization's HR needs. (HR Recruitment).

REQUIREMENTS:

• knowledge of the English language;

• experience with the Vasco program (desirable);

• knowledge of labor legislation of Slovenia;

• knowledge of working with a computer (MS Office / Libre Office programs);

• diligence and accuracy.
