- Project Management: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scaled Agile) to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. At least 10 years of experience in managing large programs, ideally in the banking/financial IT domain.

- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Management: Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
