The Impact You’ll Make

As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, andfeatures of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Yourleadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across differentdepartments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in bothbusiness and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and ourcustomers.

What You’ll Do

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from thebeginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release, and end ofproduct-lif
• Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodatecustomer requirements
• Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test,quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
• Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps themanagement informed about the results
• Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications,upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-Management
• Extensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology
• Minimum BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electronics or Materials Science
• Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
• Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
• Willingness to travel (internationally) is required
  
  

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach, Austria and is subject to the Austrian CollectiveBargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14times per year.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid rolescombine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotelyand fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days perweek on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely forthe balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam orcustomer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
