Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Quality Assurance (BI QA) Specialist with at least 3/5/8 years of relevant experience and exposure to the banking or financial sector. As a key team member, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our BI and data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans and scripts for BI solutions (reports, dashboards, data models, ETL processes).
• Validate and reconcile data across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Execute test cases, covering functional and regression testing for BI products.
• Log and manage defects using industry tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps); work with developers for resolution.
• Support automated test suite development for reports and data pipelines (using tools like Selenium, Python, SQL frameworks).
• Conduct performance and security testing of BI systems.
• Maintain clear test documentation and ensure requirement traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with banking stakeholders to ensure regulatory and risk requirements are met.

Required Skills:

• 3/5/8 years in QA for Business Intelligence or Data Analytics projects.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.).
• Banking or financial services experience, understanding of banking data and regulations.
• Skilled in complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiar with test management/defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Test automation experience for BI/data projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and banking compliance.
