Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects across all departments, acting as a key link within our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth, effective communication and collaboration, managing timelines, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between departments, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflows.
• Track and oversee all project processes to ensure they are completed on time and meet our high standards of quality.
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and ensure consistent project progress.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients when necessary to provide updates, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Agency Experience: A must-have. Candidates should have proven experience working within a marketing or digital agency setting.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Turkish is required for effective communication with our clients and team members.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• On-Site Requirement: This is an on-site position based in our office in Altıntaş, Antalya.
