Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Data Center position located in Trollhättan. The IT Data Center professional will be responsible for managing and maintaining data center operations, including network administration, IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing network security measures, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will involve monitoring system performance, ensuring optimal uptime, and collaborating with other IT team members to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Experience with Troubleshooting and Network Security
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and within a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar are advantageous
• Prior experience in a data center or similar IT infrastructure environment is a plus
