Availability: Must be flexible and available for on-site support when needed

Role Overview:

This is a backfill role, meaning the engineer will be required to visit the site and perform the primary engineer’s responsibilities whenever the primary resource is unavailable (e.g., leave, absence, or peak workload).

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:

✔Provide on-site IT support in the absence of the primary engineer

✔Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

✔Support end users with desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers

✔Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests

✔Coordinate with remote teams when required

✔Maintain proper documentation and follow support procedures

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

✔Must have basic tools, screw driver set, console cable , laptop with admin rights putty software installed.

✔Critical thinking to identify and resolve the issues.
