Construction Manager

Role Overview

DarGlobal is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of mid-rise buildings and luxury villas within prestigious master-planned communities. Working under the guidance of the Project Manager/Director, the ideal candidate will take ownership of on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and progress align with project objectives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with 5–8 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project milestones.
• Assist in the development and tracking of project schedules, reporting any variances or delays to senior management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
• Support project planning and execution, including material procurement, resource allocation, and daily coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify potential construction challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports, logs, and documentation to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in mid-rise residential or luxury villa developments.
• Experience with reputable Tier 1 main contractors.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
