We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance player engagement and retention;
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app);
• Analyze player data to create targeted segments and personalized offers;
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and improve conversion rates;
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams;
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and responsible gaming regulations;
• Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices in iGaming.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
• High analytical skills;
• Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;
• Readiness for high workload/dynamic work;
• Knowledge and ability to navigate sports events.
