We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the company's HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring of new employees.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate records for all recruitment activities.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with organizational values.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- Ensure that compensation packages are competitive and align with industry standards.
- Process payroll in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, employment history, and benefits information.
- HR Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction and Support the HR Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing HR documentation, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR in UAE.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Arabic language is a must
