The Company

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join an award-winning tech consultancy working on Ai Software and workforce solutions. They started around 8 years ago and class themselves as a distinguished Microsoft partner, specialising in Digital Applications innovation on Azure. They thrive off a flat hierarchy so be prepared to have a seat at the table as soon as you arrive (their inclusive culture is a massive plus). The Role

As a Developer, you’ll be developing work products, lead specific project initiatives and act as a subject matter on consulting projects. You’ll be working in a team to develop software solutions using the most cutting-edge technology to meet customer expectations in line with current trends (.Net Core, React/Angular, Azure). You’ll also be involved in the development of solutions and ensuring best practices are met across the board. This role is purely about your development as they’ll be looking for you to step up into a more mid-senior role within 2-3 years. The best thing about them, they reward you for your effort and dedication to your work – you won’t need to wait for an annual pay increase, every ¼ when the audit is done, if you’ve hit your targets and overachieved you will automatically receive a pay increase.

For this role, ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, from a .Net background with Angular or React experience and are based around Queensland, even though this role is fully remote.
