Job Title: Manpower Planning Manager (3 Months Project)
Job Responsibilities:
Forecast future workforce requirements based on business strategy, growth projections, and industry trends.
Conduct supply and demand analysis to identify gaps and develop workforce strategies to bridge these gaps.
Monitor staffing levels and turnover rates, and proactively address any talent shortages or surpluses.
Collect and analyze workforce data, including headcount, demographics, turnover, and productivity metrics.
Prepare reports and dashboards to present workforce trends and insights to senior management.
Develop predictive models and scenario planning to support long-term workforce strategies etc
