IT Project Manager CRM Implementation (f/m/x)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/x) with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset to support the implementation of our new CRM system in close collaboration with business units, IT and external partners.

Job Description

• Management of a strategically important large-scale project for the group-wide implementation of a CRM system, with responsibility for organizational control and structured execution across all project phases
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of the project in terms of timeline, budget, resources, quality, and risks
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal business units, IT, external service providers, and implementation partners
• Promotion of company-wide collaboration and acceptance through clear communication within the project and with stakeholders at all levels
• Ensuring structured training measures and effective change management
• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation, status reports, and presentations to support decision-making and ensure project transparency
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally with a focus on CRM systems
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.)
• Technical understanding and strong affinity for IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP ERP, Jira, Confluence etc.)
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
