About the Role

They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade applications that support mission-critical healthcare operations. You’ll work across the stack, from building robust back-end services in .NET, to creating intuitive and responsive front-end experiences in React with TypeScript.

This position will also give you exposure to cloud technologies (Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative Agile practices. You’ll work closely with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, improve user experience, and support wider business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (back-end) and React with TypeScript (front-end).
• Work with SQL Server to design, optimize, and manage data solutions.
• Leverage Azure cloud services to deploy secure and scalable applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and software quality

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and related back-end technologies.
• Experience in React.js with TypeScript for front-end development.
• Expertise in SQL Server (design, optimization, and integration).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud-based development.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA or Rally.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
