Project Manager

Your new company
Our client works within the modular buildings industry in Ireland. They are experts in the design, manufacture and installation of modular buildings across various sectors, including commercial, education and health. Due to continued success and growth, they now wish to recruit a Project Manager to join in delivering the next phase of their strategic ambitions. As Project Manager you will have responsibility for overall quality and budget and delivering projects on time.

Project Manager duties will include:

• Managing the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and the overall project portfolio management process
• Health & Safety Management of projects
• Interfacing with manufacturing, construction, logistics, installation, fit-out & handover as well as the various stakeholders on projects
• Responsible for project risk management, value engineering and development and implementation of lean construction processes & procedures on projects

Requirements of Project Manager:

• Proven track record in project planning and control using industry-standard software (MS Project, P6, ASTA)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Track record of successful commercial management of projects
• Experienced in civil / structural design & construction and regulatory framework for buildings
• Formal project management training / qualification is a distinct advantage.
