Key Responsibilities

Working with networking products such as Fortinet, NetScaler, VMware, and Azure
Designing, implementing, and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure in data centers
Installing and configuring network equipment
Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to identify and resolve problems
Performing capacity planning, implementing security measures, documenting configurations, and providing technical support
Coordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues effectively

Skills And Experience

Relevant IT qualification with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, or 7+ years in a technical environment
Expertise in designing, building, and troubleshooting NetScaler (Citrix ADC) solutions, including experience with load balancers and WAF solutions
Proficiency in managing and maintaining FortiGate firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, and VMware SD-WAN solutions
Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, NetScaler (CCA-AppDS and/or CCP-N), Azure Networking (AZ-700), or equivalent
Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems
Strong understanding of network connectivity across distributed environments
Capability to provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
Skilled in technical writing and documentation
