HR Specialist

We are currently looking for a HR Specialist for our location in Gruiu, Romania.

Main responsibilities

• Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts and ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for employee development and performance improvement.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Purpose

HR specialists support human resources departments and typically possess a broad range of HR knowledge while specializing in a particular aspect of the employee experience, such as recruiting, onboarding and trinings

Education, Experience & Skills

• University - Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven track record in a similar position
• English – Advanced/Intermediate
• MS Office Package
• Good communication and organization skills
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of Romanian legislation - HR Systems
