QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g., Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or a related field of study), Preferably Masters in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering,
• 3+ years experience within the telecommunications or IT industry,
• Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols,
• Strong knowledges of network layers 1, 2, and / or 3,
• Preferably knowledges on fixed broadband and narrowband services including VoIP, ADSL, VDSL, FTTX, GPON technologies,
• Preferably having a valid network certification (CCNA or CCNP),
• Strong ability to complete assigned tasks,
• Theoretical and practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of access network systems,
• Ability to learn effectively and quickly,
• Customer orientation,
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• A team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently,
• A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change,
• Stress tolerance,
• Fluent in English,
• Having a valid driving license,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Investigate issues and perform tasks to ensure ZTE's solutions continuously functioning within SLA terms.
• Answer to customers’ questions related to the ZTE products and solutions.
• Apply patches and upgrades ZTE products on our customers’ sites.
• Share knowledge by verbal and written communication (internal support meetings, training sessions, documentation)
• Providing on-site support when necessary.
• Handle support tickets within SLA requirements.
• Analyzing network issues using related packet capturing and monitoring tools
• Conducting pre-acceptance and final acceptance testing processes of products
• Providing a training and technical support to customers on the use of company products and solutions.
