Our client is an award-winning global client who produce luxury, large-scale, experiential and live events for their clients. You must have experience leading large-scale events including budget forecasting and a strong background in team management to be considered.

Specific SENIOR Responsibilities:

• Ability to work without a concrete briefing
• Support of projects and client acquisition (with aim of independent and complete acquisition)
• Opinion creator – own topic owner (development, creation and presenting) – internally and externally Complete overview of multiple projects
• De-escalation skills during projects, anticipating and strategizing tasks and necessary moves during projects
• Introducing new topics to PMs and interns
• Controlling and all business-related relevant financial processes
• Confident and independent project planning, calculation, lead, control (incl. budget)
• Development of annual plan

General Requirements:

• Direct and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget for you and your direct reports, if applicable
• Mentor and support your junior peers in the definition of project scope and objectives, and how they must involve all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques – Easyjob, anaylise feedback and suggest methods of increasing future performances if necessary
• Support team if issues, support is needed due to escalated concerns/issues
• Proactively support juniors in guiding them of best practice and methods in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' and peers individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned
